Caramel Corn!




Step 1:  Pop some Corn!







Step 2: Combine the following:
      
            2 C brown sugar
            1 C corn syrup
            1 cube butter
            3 T cream or milk




Boil 4 minutes over medium heat, add a little vanilla, and pour over the popped corn.  Sometimes I salt the whole thing (you know, like salted caramels?).  Easy peasy~!

  3. Yum! Thanks for sharing! Do you by any chance know how the Robertson's used to make their Jalapeño popcorn? I still think about how yummy that was and it's been almost 15 years!

  4. I like that you have a recipe for it. I always guess and sometimes its wrong but when it is right its so good! After I put the coating on it *I make peanut butter popcorn then I place it on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven for a few minutes and it gives it a crunchier not gummy texture. I'll try your recipe next time.
